More about your therapist…

My work focuses on helping couples and families strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and rebuild emotional connection. I support clients in identifying the patterns that keep them disconnected and guide them toward healthier, more intentional ways of relating to one another.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been interested in how relationships shape our sense of safety, identity, and well-being. I believe that when people feel truly heard and understood, meaningful change becomes possible.

That belief shapes how I show up in the therapy room: present, collaborative, and focused on helping clients build skills they can use in real life—not just insight in session.
